Founder's Journey
The founder’s journey is both uncommon and inspiring: you’ll be learning from someone who dropped out of high school, enlisted in the U.S. Army at just 17, and went on to serve for more than 40 years across the Department of Defense. His path includes 3 years enlisted, over 27 years as an Infantry and Special Operations Army Officer, and culminating in multiple senior civilian leadership roles within the Department of the Army, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Joint Staff. He’s successfully led organizations ranging from hundreds to thousands of personnel, navigating complex environments and institutional settings along the way.
