Founder's Journey
The founder brings over 40 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Department of Defense, developed through progressive responsibility in operational, institutional, and senior civilian roles. He began his career by enlisting in the U.S. Army at age 17 and advanced from enlisted service to more than 27 years as an Infantry and Special Operations Army Officer.
Following his uniformed service, he held senior civilian leadership positions within the Department of the Army, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Joint Staff. Across these roles, he led organizations ranging from hundreds to thousands of personnel and operated effectively in complex, high-consequence environments requiring strategic judgment, disciplined execution, and people development.
This breadth of experience—spanning frontline operations to enterprise-level leadership—provides a practical foundation for coaching and mentoring leaders navigating scale, change, and accountability. His approach is grounded in lived experience, sustained professional development, and a demonstrated ability to develop leaders across diverse organizational contexts.
